We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will issue you a refund no questions asked and we'll even pay for the cost to ship the product back. We just ask that your return meets these criteria:
- We have a 30 day return policy. After 30 days we will issue you store credit.
- We can only accept returns of products ordered from this website and not from the stores belonging to authorized dealers/retailers or their websites.
- 5 liter and 10 liter products can ONLY be returned if the yellow seal is NOT broken otherwise there is a good chance they will leak in transit which makes transport companies very unhappy. Be sure to buy the smaller version first before buying bulk to make sure you will be satisfied. If of course, the item received is damaged upon receipt, let us know as we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Return & Exchange Process
In order to initiate a return or exchange:
- Log into your account and click on the "Orders " tab.
- Find the order you'd like to return and click on the "Return Items?" link
- Select the items and quantity you'd like to return
- Select the Return Reason
- Select the Return Action (Exchange, Replacement, Refund, Store Credit)
- Add any comments (optional)
- Click Submit
Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number and email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with additional instructions.
If you've requested a refund we will process the refund once your order is received at our warehouse and inspected. We will issue a refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it make take an additional 2-10 business days to see the credit reflected in your account. All returns must be received and processed within 30 days of your return request acceptance.
